Zhejiang Hongtu Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Hangzhou Hongtu Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which was established in 2007, After more than ten years development, the company's total investment reaches 15 million US dollars, and has invited by Shaoxing Municipal Bureau of Commerce to invest factory in Shaoxing Zhuji lndustrial Park in year 2019. Company now owns 20000 square meters land and 30000 square meters' new factory. In 2022, during the relocation of new factory, company invested 4.5 million US dollars to build a fully automatic production line to improve production and quality capabilities. At present, company has 10 automatic die-casting machines ranging from 250 tons to 800 tons, with 5000 tons annual capacity, 1 automatic plastic spraying line, 30 CNC, 50 MC and 8 Fanuc automatic machining lines. With die casting and machining as core technology, Hongtu becomes the largest professional OEM supplier for RV and planetary gearbox part, mainly engaged in die casting parts, precision metal parts, automotive parts, medical devices part and other application products’ R&D, production and sales. Products involves transmission industry, automobile industry, medical industry, etc.

DEVELOPMENT HISTORY

Established in 2007 - 2011 positioning reducer accessories

In 2013, we added 280 tons, 500 tons, and one aluminum alloy die-casting machine, and purchased CNC machining center, NC machine tools, and developed product machining business.

In 2015, we added another 800-ton die-casting machine. After three years of development, the company now has 6 aluminum die-casting machines, 12 CNC machining centers, 25 NC machine tools, 5 CNC milling machines and 15 automatic drilling machines. 1, a spray line, annual production capacity of 3,000 tons of die-cast aluminum alloy products, production and processing gearbox parts of 6 million pieces.

In June 2018, the company invested 1.200 million US dollars to establish Zhejiang Hongtu Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. to expand the production capacity of worm gear reducer accessories, and at the same time put into production of planetary reducer accessories.
